Remodel & Renovation

Remodels are lighter changes to your home. Think painting, doors, carpeting, light fixtures, trim, etc.

 

Renovations are heavier duty. Think tearing down wall to put up new drywall, replacing old steps with newly built ones (as shown in picture). Installing new features that were not previously present, etc.

 

The line is easy to blur between the two, so we'll just lump them together.
